We are so proud of the seven students who represented IJGA in the Sea Pines Junior Heritage this weekend: Shiso Go, Kanata Irei, Arjun Puri, Ankita Kedlaya, Kayla Kozak, Melany Chong and Sera Tadokoro. Congratulations to Shiso, who finished fourth in the Boys Division. He was the only player to shoot under par in the first round, in which he used four birdies to card a 3-under 69 at Heron Point. In the Girls Division, Ankita also placed in the top 10 finishing ninth. The prestigious tournament was hosted at Heron Point by Pete Dye and Harbour Town Golf Links on February 6-7, 2016.
Richy Werenski tied for second in the Club Colombia Championship. The Web.com Tour event was hosted at Bogota Country Club in Bogota, Colombia, on February 4-7, 2016. He fired a 5-under 66 in the third round and finished the tournament at 11-under, just one stroke off the lead.

Ayaka Nakayama (UCF), Bunyaporn Zeng (Wisconsin) and Kim Mitchell (Western Carolina) are competing against each other in the UCF Challenge. The three-day event is being hosted at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Orlando, Fla., on February 7-9, 2016.
Meanwhile, Kelly Whaley (UNC-Chapel Hill) and Clementina Rodriguez (Washington) are competing against each other in the Northrop-Grumman Regional Challenge at Palos Verdes Golf Club in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., on February 7-9, 2016.
