Hank Haney IJGA Student Makes her Mark at Tour Event

Hank Haney International Junior Golf Academy student Yi Chen Liu recently competed in the Taiwan Hitachi Charity Cup Women's Elite Race. The young amateur competed against numerous LPGA players and showed she has what it takes to compete at the next level.

With scores of 73-73-71= 217, Yi Chen secured a solo spot in 10th place. With the impressive 10th place finish, Yi Chen defended her title as the Amateur Champion within the tournament.

Yi Chen recently started her first semester at the Hank Haney International Junior Golf Academy. She is very excited to start this new adventure in pursuit of her ultimate goal of joining the LPGA Tour in the near future! We are very excited to have Yi Chen join our Academy!
