Six International Junior Golf Academy students earned top-10 finishes in the Girls Division of the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour’s Hilton Head Junior Shootout this weekend.
Melany Chong of Mississauga, Canada, finished second with a 150 tournament total, just two strokes off the leader.
Ankita Kedlaya of Bangalore, India and Yuki Nakayama of Kawasakishi, Japan, finished fifth and sixth respectively. Yuna Sato of Koriyama, Japan, rounded out the Girls Division top-10 finishers tying for eighth.
In the Boys 15-18 Division, IJGA students recorded three top-10 finishes. Saptak Talwar of New Delhi, India, and Brock Erwin of Muldrow, Okla., tied for fourth. Ray Ahn of Daegu, South Korea, tied for seventh.
