As the IJGA kicked off the 2014-2015 school year, Director of Mental Training, Matt Cuccaro, unveiled the #competeWITH theme. Through this theme, Cuccaro and the entire IJGA community will embrace and practice the idea that success of individuals depends on the simultaneous success of the community. This means that optimum personal growth is accomplished when juniors #competeWITH each other – challenging each other to push pass limits, trying new things and raising the bar by inspiring nothing less than the very best.
Voted as this week’s IJGT Photo of the Week, Cuccaro’s photo of students observing their peers on the final hole is the prime example of students who #competeWITH.
As the school year progresses, we encourage you to not only #competeWITH one another but also to actively engage with Matt Cuccaro to fully embrace the theme. Share with us your moments of competing with by using the hashtag, we’d love to see it!
Congratulations to IJGA students Tennoshin Ogawa, Mariano Leyva and Ankita Kedlaya for each winning their respective divisions in the IJGT Junior at Colleton River! Click here for full results from the event.
