OVERVIEW
Hank Haney IJGA promotes health and fitness in its daily regimen. Our "Better Fitness. Better Golf." Program is a significant aspect of every student's daily routine. Each student at Hank Haney IJGA goes through rigorous physical training several times a week with our full-time fitness trainer. Today's game requires top physical conditioning to effectively compete at the highest level. Our program is designed to address the golf-specific needs of junior players looking to maximize their golf skills.

NUTRITION AND HEALTH
At Hank Haney IJGA, we know how important it is to provide the proper nutrition to our student-athletes and make sure they have healthy options for meals. By providing three well-balanced meals a day, seven days a week, students are able to maintain strong, healthy bodies as they continue to grow.
FACILITY
- BRAND NEW 6,350 square foot facility has the latest in cardio and weight training equipment including Precor and Free Motion.
- "High Definition" golf simulator equipped with a 14-foot screen. The system has 15 golf courses, 9 driving ranges, and other golf challenges for our students to use.
- Three JC Video swing analysis systems equipped with cameras and high-definition flat screen televisions
- Six full-swing hitting stations
- Science and Motion (SAM) putting system with 6 carpet putting/chipping greens (4 ft. by 12 ft.)
