Matt Fields

Lead Coach

Matt Fields joined the Hank Haney IJGA in 2006. He has worked directly with several of Hank Haney IJGA's top students including Shanshan Feng (LPGA Tour) and Richard Werenski (Georgia Tech University).

Matt has an extensive resume working for several golf clubs as an instructor including Hartsville Country Club (Hartsville, SC), Pinewild Country Club (Pinehurst, NC), South Club (Pinehurst, NC), and Talamore Golf Club (Southern Pines, NC). In addition, he has other coaching experience at Coker College and O'Neal High School.

As a golfer, Matt player at University of North Carolina - Greensboro and went on to play professionally on the Powerbilt and Tear Drop mini-tours. He has won numerous Carolina Section Pro-Ams.
